Life Session: 3 MONTH PACKAGE

This package (exchange is $475) and is best for individuals with health challenges that have been present for 3 months or longer. In this package we have time to dive deep into your dietary needs and create customized nutrition plans to support your health.

Return to Self includes:

• 60 Minute Holistic Intake Session to discuss your health history and personal goals in our work together.

• 60 Minute Follow Up Session to talk through your personalized protocol and holistic nutrition plans.

• Four Bi-weekly 60 Minute Check-In Sessions to discuss your progress, celebrate wins, and support challenges with continued customization to your protocol.

• Email support and accountability.

• Pricing does not include cost of recommended supplements.
