Elderberry Wellness Syrup
During cold and flu season our daughter was always catching a little bug. I have never been into giving her a bunch of over the counter medicine if I can help it so I started researching natural antivirals. Another herbalist friend turned me onto Elderberry and I decided to get in my kitchen and make my own Elderberry Syrup. After sharing it with my friends to help them fight off their own colds and the flu I am now making it available to you.
1/2-1 tsp a day. Take 3-4 times daily if you feel a cold brewing
Must be refrigerated and will typically stay fresh between 2 - 4 weeks. If you will not be able to finish in that amount of time, leftover syrup can be frozen to extend shelf life. Simply defrost when ready to use.
